Marco Ilardi was awarded in Capua by the Italian cooks association with the prestigious five-star award of Italian cuisine

Yesterday in Capua I received a prestigious award from the Italian cooks association.

This is the five-star gold award for Italian cuisine, which was awarded to me ad honorem for my work in spreading Italian cuisine around the world.

According to the president Simone Falcini and the members of the jury, my work stood out for my food magazine Cinque gusti food magazine, for my book Digital food which talks about new technological and digital ideas for the world of catering, but above all for my innovative software and mobile app developed for my pastry chef and restaurateur customers with whom we have raised the bar, improving the quality of work of the staff and the performance of the structure.

An award that honors and gratifies me, and pushes me more and more to continue to disseminate and promote Italian food and wine in the world which in my opinion has no rivals at an international level for the excellence of our territory both in terms of raw material and in terms of quality and skill of chefs.
